Sequence listings
No page fees are payable for sequence listings filed in ST. 25 text format as part of an international application filed in electronic form

Full page fees are payable for each sheet of a sequence listing filed in image format as part of an international application in electronic form

Full page fees are payable for each sheet of a sequence listings filed on paper

Full page fees are payable for each sheet containing tables relating to sequence listings, irrespective of how they are submitted

Mixed mode filings (former Part 8 of the Administrative Instructions) are no longer permissible. There will no longer be a maximum fee charged of 400 pages for sequence listings

Payment

1. Fee payments should be made payable to the "Intellectual Property Office" and cheques should be crossed.

2. Fees and forms should be marked for the attention of "International Filings Unit" and sent to the address below;

Preferably they should be sent in an envelope which does not contain any other items of correspondence destined for our office.

3. Fees must be paid in accordance with PCT Rules 14, 15, 16 and appropriate regulations.

4. The above fees relate to the initial PCT application process. Further substantial fees are payable later in the process, including on entry to the National/Regional phase in each designated state.
