Practice, focus and interest groups
Practice working groups
Focus groups
Focus groups are small groups who can give us their thoughts and reactions on matters such as international developments, draft consultation documents and so on. They can supplement other methods of consultation and allow us to focus on specific issues and programmes.
Policy Interests Group
The Policy Interests Group includes representatives from industry, the legal profession, small business and consumers, who share an interest in the range of intellectual property rights, including patents, trade marks, designs and other related rights where needed.
Marks and Design Forum
The Marks and Design Forum acts as a notification, consultative and advisory panel for the Intellectual Property Office’s Trade Mark and Design Registry; membership includes representatives from the legal profession, small business, the Design Council and CBI.
